CoinGecko trending API
Returns trending coins and trending categories from CoinGecko's highlights, deduplicated by slug, each section up to `limit` rows (default 20, max 50). Items carry name, URL and, where CoinGecko shows them, price in `vs_currency` and 1h, 24h and 7d percentage changes.

How this endpoint behaves
Returns deduped trending coins and categories from CoinGecko public website highlights HTML at /en/highlights. This endpoint supports the documented vs_currency enum.
Query parameters:
limitoptional rows per section, default20, max50.vs_currencyoptional quote currency. Notable response behavior:
- Coin and category links are deduped by CoinGecko slug.
- Price and change fields are included when the highlights page exposes them.
- No parsed trending items from a non-empty page returns an upstream error.
