CoinGecko Category Coins API

Lists the coins in one CoinGecko category, identified by the required `slug` such as `stablecoins`. Paged with `page` (default 1) and `limit` (default and max 100), priced in `vs_currency`. Each coin has rank, symbol, price, 1h to 30d changes, 24h volume, market cap and fully diluted valuation.

How this endpoint behaves

Returns coin rows from a CoinGecko category page such as /en/categories/stablecoins.

Path parameters:

slug: CoinGecko category slug, for example stablecoins.

Query parameters:

page: page number. Default 1.
limit: rows to return. Default 100, max 100.
vs_currency: quote currency. Allowed values: btc, eth, ltc, bch, bnb, eos, xrp, xlm, link, dot, yfi, sol, usd, aed, ars, aud, bdt, bhd, bmd, brl, cad, chf, clp, cny, czk, dkk, eur, gbp, gel, hkd, huf, idr, ils, inr, jpy, krw, kwd, lkr, mmk, mxn, myr, ngn, nok, nzd, php, pkr, pln, rub, sar, sek, sgd, thb, try, twd, uah, vef, vnd, zar, xdr, xag, xau, bits, sats.

Notable response behavior:

coins includes rank, id, symbol, name, URL, image URL, price, 1h/24h/7d/30d changes, 24h volume, market cap, FDV, and market-cap/FDV ratio when present.
Bot blocks, malformed HTML, and non-empty pages with zero parsed coin rows return a typed upstream error.
