How this endpoint behaves

Lists every ranking the sofascore/rankings endpoint can return, so a caller can pick a valid type id without guessing.

Requires the x-api-key header. Takes no query parameters.

Notable response behavior:

• The catalogue is a fixed list kept in this API. It makes no request to SofaScore, so it is fast and always returns all 32 rankings.
• entity_type says what each ranking row holds: team (a national or club team), player (an individual competitor, including MMA fighters and padel players) or unique_tournament (a league, used by the league-coefficient ranking).
• gender is M or F and is omitted for the league-coefficient ranking.
• Names are descriptive labels written for this API (SofaScore publishes none); the ids are SofaScore's own.
• Fight Nation Championship divisions are numbered 1 to 7 because the weight class of each division is not published.
