Returns a single SEC filing's metadata and primary document URL. Provide accession plus cik or ticker.

Query parameters:
accession (required) — accession number, e.g. 0000320193-25-000079.cik or ticker (one required) — company identifier.Response includes the normalized Filing fields plus cik, name, source_url.
