SEC EDGAR API endpoint
Aggregates a company's profile, a latest-annual financial snapshot, the latest 10-K/10-Q/8-K, and recent material events into one call. Provide cik or ticker. Optionally fuse live cross-source data with enrich (a comma list of market, news, hiring): market and news are keyed on the ticker; hiring needs ats plus that ATS's careers slug (or tenant/datacenter/site for Workday). Enrichment is best-effort — requested-but-unavailable sources are listed under degraded and never fail the SEC-native response.
/sec/company/intelligenceQuery parameters:
cik or ticker (one required) — company identifier.enrich (optional) — comma list of live cross-source enrichments to fuse onto the SEC-native 360. Allowed values: market, news, hiring.ats (optional, required for enrich=hiring) — the company's ATS provider. Allowed values: greenhouse, lever, ashby, workday, smartrecruiters.careers_slug (optional, for hiring when ats is greenhouse/lever/ashby/smartrecruiters) — the careers board slug.tenant, datacenter, site (optional, for hiring when ats=workday) — the Workday tenant, datacenter shard, and career site.market and news are keyed on the resolved ticker; hiring needs the ats + careers-slug params (SEC can't derive them).
Response includes profile (cik, ticker, name, sic, sic_description), financial_snapshot (revenue, net_income, total_assets, total_liabilities, stockholders_equity, operating_cash_flow), latest_annual_10k, latest_quarterly_10q, latest_8k, recent_events[], and source_urls. When enrich is requested, successful sources add market (price, currency, market_cap, day_low, day_high, change_percent), news[] (title, publisher, url, published_at), and/or hiring (total_open_roles, new_last_30d, remote_pct, top_departments[], source_url). Requested-but-unavailable enrichments are listed under degraded[]; enrichment never fails the SEC-native response.
