Returns a company's recent SEC filings (form, dates, primary document URL) filtered by form type and date range, plus company profile fields as reported by EDGAR: entity_type, former_names, exchanges, category, fiscal_year_end, state_of_incorporation. Provide cik or ticker.

How this endpoint behaves

Returns a company's recent SEC EDGAR filings with fields and the primary document URL, filtered by form type and date range. Official SEC data.

Query parameters:

cik or ticker (one required) — company identifier.
form (optional) — filter by form type, e.g. 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K.
from, to (optional) — filing-date bounds (YYYY-MM-DD).
limit (optional, default 50, max 500).

Response includes company profile (cik, name, former_names, entity_type, tickers, exchanges, sic, sic_description, category, fiscal_year_end, state_of_incorporation) and filings[]: accession_number, form, filing_date, report_date, primary_document, primary_doc_url, items, is_xbrl, filing_index_url.
