Cricbuzz API endpoint
Get a public Cricbuzz NewsArticle API
Fetches one public canonical Cricbuzz story URL and returns its JSON-LD headline, author, dates, body, inline links and typed series/team/topic tags. Pass a URL returned by cricbuzz_auction_news or another public Cricbuzz news page. Only https://www.cricbuzz.com/cricket-news/{numeric_id}/{slug} is accepted; premium or login-gated content is not unlocked.

How this endpoint behaves
Returns one public story's JSON-LD metadata, body, inline links, authors, dates, and typed series/team/topic keywords. Use a canonical story URL returned by /api/v1/cricbuzz/auction/news, /api/v1/cricbuzz/news/topics, or another public Cricbuzz news page. This endpoint does not unlock premium or login-gated pages.
Query parameters
url(required): canonical URL matchinghttps://www.cricbuzz.com/cricket-news/{numeric_id}/{slug}. Query strings, fragments, other hosts, and non-positive/non-numeric IDs are rejected.
Response behavior
The story.tags array preserves the prefix and label from each NewsArticle keyword. Current observed prefixes are series, team, and topic; new source prefixes are retained as their own type. body_html contains the source articleBody markup, while body_text provides normalized text. body_links includes unique same-site links found inside the articleBody.
