Get Cricbuzz auction News cards API
Returns only the selected auction edition's Auction News cards, with story IDs, canonical URLs, titles, thumbnail metadata and relative age. Global Latest News and Featured Videos sidebar items are excluded. When Cricbuzz explicitly displays No News Available, items is empty and empty_state is no_results. Discover tournament and year from cricbuzz/auction/seasons. The edition page has no sort, filter or pagination control.

How this endpoint behaves
Returns story cards from the selected edition's Auction News tab. The list is scoped to auction news; global Latest News and Featured Videos sidebars are not included. SA20 2027 currently has two cards; IPL 2026 has ten; The Hundred Men 2026 explicitly displays No News Available. The source exposes no sort, filter, page or global-total control.

Response behavior
Each card preserves the source story ID, slug, title, canonical URL, thumbnail ID/alt text, and relative-age label. returned_count is the number of cards in the current response; the site exposes no separate total. If Cricbuzz explicitly displays its empty message, items is an empty array and empty_state is no_results. If the section and an explicit empty message are both missing, the endpoint returns an upstream parse error.
