Get Cricbuzz auction Videos cards API

Returns only the selected edition's Auction Videos cards with video IDs, page URLs, titles, durations and thumbnail metadata. The global Featured Videos sidebar is excluded. If Cricbuzz displays No Videos Available, items is an explicit empty array with empty_state=no_videos. Discover tournament/year from cricbuzz/auction/seasons.

How this endpoint behaves

Returns the selected edition's Auction Videos cards. This is separate from the global Featured Videos sidebar and the general video category/playlist directories. IPL 2026 currently returns ten video cards; SA20 2027 displays No Videos Available, returned as an empty items array with empty_state set to no_videos.

Query parameters

tournament (required): ipl, wpl, sa20, hunm, hunw.
year (required): IPL 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026; WPL 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027; SA20 2027; HUNM 2026; HUNW 2026.

Response behavior

Cards preserve video IDs, canonical page URLs, title, duration, thumbnail ID/alt text, and relative-age labels. The endpoint does not return a media/playback URL. An absent grid without Cricbuzz's explicit empty-state marker is treated as upstream schema drift.
