Get a Cricbuzz auction team roster API
Returns team purse metadata and role-grouped Batters, Wicket Keepers, All Rounders and Bowlers. Discover team_id through auction/teams/options or auction/teams; discover currency through auction/seasons.

How this endpoint behaves
Returns one selected team’s purse metadata and role-grouped roster. Discover valid edition-scoped team IDs from /api/v1/cricbuzz/auction/teams/options or /api/v1/cricbuzz/auction/teams; discover the season’s currencies from /api/v1/cricbuzz/auction/seasons.
Query parameters
tournament(required):ipl,wpl,sa20,hunm,hunw.year(required): IPL2008,2009,2010,2011,2012,2013,2014,2015,2016,2017,2018,2019,2020,2021,2022,2023,2024,2025,2026; WPL2023,2024,2025,2026,2027; SA202027; HUNM2026; HUNW2026.currency(required): a currency in the selected edition'scurrencieslist.team_id(required): a positive team ID from the selected edition's Team directory; IDs differ by edition.
Response behavior
The response includes team purse and roster counts, plus Batters, Wicket Keepers, All Rounders, and Bowlers groups. Player records preserve source identity, role, country, base/auction price, status and image metadata. The team ID is validated against the selected edition’s live team directory before the detail request.
