Airbnb API endpoint
Returns the listings an Airbnb host manages, paginated. Page 1 comes from the host profile; deeper pages page through the host's full portfolio.
/airbnb/host/{id}/listingsPath parameters: id is required and must be the numeric Airbnb host/user id. Query parameters: page is optional and 1-based (default 1).
