TMZ credits virtually all of its editorial content to a single "TMZ Staff" byline with no individual journalist profile pages, so this endpoint surfaces TMZ's own public per-person coverage hub (used for both celebrities and other newsmakers TMZ covers) as the closest available "profile + recent articles" surface.
