Capterra API endpoint
Returns a page of Capterra reviews (author, headline, rating) plus the product's aggregate rating.
/capterra/product/reviewsWhen the source site blocks the request, the endpoint returns a 503 upstream error; a nonexistent product id returns 404.
Query parameters:
product_id (required) — the numeric Capterra product id (see
capterra-product).page (optional, default 1).Response includes: product_id, page, rating, review_count (the
product's aggregate rating/count, repeated on every page for context),
has_next_page, and reviews — a list of author, headline, rating,
best_rating.
Notes:
headline is Capterra's short review title/headline text, not the full
multi-sentence review body — that field only exists in the on-page review
cards, whose selectors are Tailwind utility classes rather than a stable
contract, so it was intentionally left out.has_next_page is a heuristic (a full page of 25 reviews implies more may
exist) — no explicit next-page marker was found in the page's structured
data.| Field | Filled in, of 25 checked | Values in the sample |
|---|---|---|
| author | 25 | |
| headline | 25 | |
| rating | 25 | 3 to 5, median 5 |
| best_rating | 25 | 5 |
