How this endpoint behaves
When the source site blocks the request, the endpoint returns a 503 upstream error; a nonexistent product id returns 404.
Query parameters:
product_id(required) — the numeric Capterra product id, taken from the/p/{id}/{slug}/segment of a Capterra product URL (e.g.135003forhttps://www.capterra.com/p/135003/Slack/). The slug segment itself is decorative and ignored.
Response includes: product_id, name, description, category (the
human-readable category from the page breadcrumb, e.g. "Team Communication
Software"), url, rating, best_rating, review_count.
