VLR API endpoint
Searches VLR.gg for teams, events and players by name and returns every match on one page: kind, id, name, canonical URL and logo, plus the event date range and prize pool and, for retired teams, the `inactive` flag and the team that replaced them (`successor`). `type` limits the search to `teams`, `events` or `players`; the default `all` returns all three groups with per-group counts. Use the returned id with vlr-team, vlr-event or vlr-player.
/vlr/searchHeader: x-api-key required.
Parameters:
q: required search text, 1 to 100 characters.type: optional result group; allowed values: all, teams, events, players. Defaults to all; any other value returns 400.Notable response behavior:
results[].kind is team, event or player; use id with vlr-team, vlr-event or vlr-player. counts has the number of results per group.date_range and prize_pool. A retired team is listed with inactive true and, when VLR names one, the team that replaced it in successor.| Field | Filled in, of 3 checked | Values in the sample |
