TCGplayer Sets API

Lists the active sets (expansions) of one TCGplayer product line, newest first: name, the url_name that tcgplayer-search takes as set, abbreviation and release date.

How this endpoint behaves

product_line is required: a url_name from tcgplayer-product-lines. An unknown value returns 400.

url_name is the value to pass as set to tcgplayer-search.
Sets TCGplayer has retired are not listed. supplemental marks promo and supplemental sets.
A set with no release date yet sorts last and release_date is omitted; upcoming sets carry their announced date.
