Steam API endpoint
Returns Steam's popular community tags (numeric id + localized name) so callers can map a tag name to the id that /steam/tags and /steam/category expect.
/steam/tags/listQuery parameters:
l (optional, default english) — the Steam store language name the tag labels are returned in (e.g. english, german).Returns language, count, tags[] (each: tagid, name), and source_url.
