Spotify artists search API

Searches Spotify for artists matching a term, with `offset` and `limit` (1-50). Each artist has a title, Spotify URI, external URL and images. Matching artists are returned in both `results` and `artists`.

How this endpoint behaves

Returns Spotify artist search results. This is a focused alias over Spotify catalog search.

Query parameters

q: Search term.
offset: Search offset. Defaults to 0.
limit: Result limit, clamped to 1-50.

Notable response behavior

The endpoint returns artist results in both results and artists for caller convenience. Missing q returns 400; upstream private API failures return 503.
