Shopee API endpoint
Returns the "Shipped From" location facet groups and tag ids from the credential-free `api/v4/search/location_filter` JSON. Public, credential-free endpoint.

Query parameters:
region (optional, default my) — one of my, sg, id, th, vn, ph, tw, br, mx, co, cl.Response includes region and groups[] with group, group_name,
locations[], translated_group, translated_locations[], and
location_tag_ids[]. These values feed the signed search locations
parameter; some storefronts (CL/CO observed 2026-10-28) return a business error
instead of an empty list, surfaced as 503.
