SHEIN API endpoint
Returns SHEIN's trending-category cards: the category id/name list with a representative `store_code` and `goods_id` per category. Pair with `/shein/category/goods` (by `cat_id`) or `/shein/store` (by `store_code`).

No query parameters.
Response data.categories is an array of {cat_id, category_name, store_code, goods_id, image}. The set is a fixed discovery surface (36 categories, 6 cards
of 6); it is not paginated.
Use cat_id with /api/v1/shein/category/goods, or store_code with
/api/v1/shein/store.
