Polymarket API endpoint
Looks up Polymarket teams by a partner's identifiers, using `partner` (the partner name) and `external_id` (the partner's own id for the team). Matching teams come back as rows under `data`, with a `fetched_at` time.
/polymarket/teams/by-partnerReturns public team reference data filtered by partner identifiers.
