Searches Polymarket and returns event results. The `status` enum accepts `open`, `closed`, and `all`; the `sort` enum accepts `relevance`, `volume24hr`, `volume`, `liquidity`, and `endDate`.

How this endpoint behaves

Query parameters:

q: required. Search query. Example: bitcoin.
limit: optional integer. Maximum events to return. Default: 10; maximum: 50.
status: optional enum. Allowed values: open, closed, all. Default: open.
sort: optional enum. Allowed values: relevance, volume24hr, volume, liquidity, endDate. Default: relevance.
ascending: optional boolean. Sort ascending when true. Default: false.
include_tags: optional boolean. Include matching tags. Default: false.
include_profiles: optional boolean. Include matching profiles. Default: false.

Notable response behavior:

Empty valid searches return an empty events array.
events[].markets contains the nested markets returned by Polymarket for each event.
Invalid status or sort values return an invalid-parameter error before upstream IO.
