GosuGamers API endpoint

GosuGamers stage groups API

Returns the groups (child tournaments) of one stage of a GosuGamers tournament, each with its format (for example Knockout), result type (for example Bracket), status, start time and the teams in it with ranking and country. Take `tournament_id` from gosugamers-tournaments or gosugamers-matches and `stage_id` from the stages list of gosugamers-tournament. An unknown stage, or a stage of another tournament, returns an empty list.

How this endpoint behaves

Header: x-api-key required.

Parameters:

tournament_id: required numeric tournament id, from gosugamers-tournaments or gosugamers-matches.
stage_id: required numeric stage id, the id of an entry in the stages list of gosugamers-tournament.

Notable response behavior:

Each group has id, name, format (for example Knockout), result_type (for example Bracket), status (for example COMPLETED), start_time, participant_count and participants (id, name, slug, type, logo_url, ranking, country_name, country_code). The format, result_type and status strings are passed through as the site reports them, not as a closed set.
An unknown stage, or a stage that belongs to another tournament, returns an empty groups list rather than an error.
Read from the site's signed JSON API, which uses a public key the site ships in its own scripts; the service rediscovers it if the site rotates it.
The response is cached for up to ten minutes.
