Suggest Google search queries API

Returns Google autosuggest query completions from the public unauthenticated suggest JSON endpoint. `source` selects the web, YouTube, or shopping suggestion list, and `rich=true` adds a type, relevance score, and short description to each suggestion.

How this endpoint behaves

MCP tool: google_suggest

Query parameters:

q: required. Search query prefix. Example: openai.
count: optional. Suggestions to return. Defaults to 10, clamped to 1..12.
country: optional. Google result country. Defaults to us.
lang: optional. Google UI language. Defaults to en.
source: optional. Which Google suggestion list to read. Allowed values: web, youtube, shopping. Defaults to web. Any other value returns 400.
rich: optional boolean. When true, each suggestion also carries type (Google's suggestion class, such as QUERY or NAVIGATION), relevance (Google's ranking score), and description (a short label Google attaches to some rows, such as a site name). Defaults to false.

Notable response behavior:

Malformed suggest payloads and upstream blocks return 503.
Duplicate or empty suggestions are removed from the response.
source=youtube returns the YouTube search-box list and source=shopping the Google Shopping list; both differ from web for the same prefix. The response echoes the chosen source.
type, relevance, and description are omitted unless rich=true; description is omitted when Google sends none for that row.
