ForeignPolicy API endpoint
Returns a public Foreign Policy article's metadata and full body paragraphs from a canonical article URL. is_gated reports the site's own content-tier marker; the full body is always returned regardless, since Foreign Policy serves it in full to anonymous requests either way.
/foreignpolicy/articleQuery parameter: required url, a canonical https://foreignpolicy.com/YYYY/MM/DD/slug/ article URL.
