Lists the 19 Foreign Affairs topics accepted by the topic endpoint, such as `economics`, `nato`, `sanctions` and `us-foreign-policy`. Each topic has its `slug`, display name and RSS `feed_url`. It takes no parameters.

How this endpoint behaves
No query parameters. Returns every topic value currently accepted by
foreignaffairs-topic, with its display name and public RSS feed URL.
The current topic slugs are: business, defense-military, diplomacy,
economic-development, economics, energy, geopolitics, globalization,
ideology, nato, political-development, politics-society, sanctions,
science-technology, security, trade, trump-administration,
us-foreign-policy, us-politics.
