FanDuel API endpoint
Lists the 23 sports and topics of the FanDuel Research site (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, college football and basketball, golf, tennis, soccer, MMA, horse racing, casino, FanDuel Predicts and more) with the slug the other research routes take, the position codes, the team count and the player-news types each has. Pass `sport` to also get that sport's teams with the `number_fire_id` values the team filters take.
/fanduel/research/sportssport (optional): casino, nascar, ncaab, f1, ufc, boxing, ncaaf, womenssoccer, tv-and-podcast, nba, pga, tennis, nhl, mma, soccer, fanduel-sportsbook-promo-codes, sports-betting-101, horse-racing, wnba, predicts, mlb, canada, nfl. Adds that sport's teams (with the number_fire_id the team filters take). Any other value returns 400.player_news_types is non-empty for nfl (INJURY, RECAP, TRANSACTION, GAME_UPDATE, OUTLOOK), nba (those plus LINEUP), mlb (INJURY, RECAP, TRANSACTION, LINEUP, GAME_UPDATE) and nhl (INJURY, TRANSACTION, GAME_UPDATE); the other sports have no player news.positions are the codes the player-news route's position takes (G, F, C, W, D, QB, DB, DL, K, LB, OL, P, RB, TE, WR, IF, OF, DH).team_count is 35 for nfl, 36 for nba, 34 for mlb, 37 for nhl and 148 for ncaaf on 2026-10-24 (the service lists a few more than the league's franchises).casino, predicts, horse-racing, canada, tv-and-podcast, sports-betting-101 and fanduel-sportsbook-promo-codes; articles exist for them, player news does not.NFL, Horse Racing, FanDuel Predicts); this API takes the slug and translates it.Data is read from the FanDuel Research site's own public service and is shown as published at the time of the request; it is not betting advice. 503 on upstream failure.
