DraftKings Racing API endpoint
Returns the public All Tracks directory with track type, status, schedule count, and country metadata. Favorite IDs, runner details, and wagering controls are excluded.

Returns the public All Tracks directory with track type, status, code, start time, race count, active state, country code, and live-stream state. Favorite IDs, current-race detail, race numbers, and wagering controls are excluded.
Notable response behavior: the directory and schedule are time-sensitive.
fetched_at is when this API retrieved the page. Track type values currently
shown by DraftKings are Thoroughbred and Harness; the endpoint returns all
tracks and does not accept a type or location filter.
