Returns written gameplay sections from DraftKings Casino's public Cleopatra tutorial. The image-only payout table and promotional recommendation/CTA sections are omitted. This is informational page content, not wagering advice.

Notable response behavior: the parser requires all six written gameplay sections. Image-only and promotional sections are not returned. The response uses a six-hour fresh and seven-day stale cache; upstream 403s remain possible.
