Datasets API endpoint
Returns up to 50 Steam player-count facet buckets ordered by count, using the same filters as `datasets_steam_playercounts_search`. The search and snapshot_date facet cover stored history by default; supplying date scopes counts to that day. Page and page_size do not change the aggregation.

Returns up to 50 counts, ordered by count, over stored daily player-count
records. Facets honor the same filters as
datasets_steam_playercounts_search.
Required facet: app_id or snapshot_date.
Optional filters: app_id, date, and sort. Sort values are date_desc,
date_asc, and players_desc. page and page_size are accepted for
contract parity; counts cover all matching snapshots.
Sort values are validated against the corresponding search endpoint, but do not reorder facet results; buckets are always ordered by count.
Requires the x-api-key header. Costs 1 credit. An empty dataset returns an
empty items array.
