Datasets API endpoint
Returns terms-aggregation counts for one facet of the SEC institutional positions dataset, scoped to the same filters as search. Facet enum: `manager`, `issuer`.

facet: required. Facet enum: manager, issuer.manager_cik, issuer_name, cusip: same filters as search, applied before aggregating.issuer facet values are the issuer name as reported by each manager's own
filing (best-effort text, not a resolved company match — see the search
endpoint's documentation for why no authoritative CUSIP-to-CIK join exists).
Response behavior:
