Best Buy API endpoint
Returns a Best Buy category's own sibling/child category set (name, category id, url), sourced from that category page's own "Category" filter facet. Each id is directly usable as bestbuy_category's category_id input. category_id is a Best Buy category id, e.g. pcmcat138500050001, found in a category page URL's trailing <id>.c?id=<id> segment. A leaf category with no siblings returns an empty list, not an error.
