Apple Maps API endpoint
Returns the same full detail as the place endpoint for up to 20 place IDs in a single upstream call, plus the list of requested IDs Apple did not return. Accepts the external I... form and the numeric id interchangeably.
/apple-maps/placesQuery parameters:
place_ids (required) — comma-separated Apple place IDs, 1 to 20, e.g. I594FECA0B369D14A,243355970509228267. Each may be the external form starting with I or the numeric id from a search result. A malformed entry returns a 400.lang (optional) — display language as a BCP 47 tag, e.g. en-US, ja-JP. Defaults to en-US.country (optional) — two-letter ISO 3166-1 code, e.g. US. Defaults to US.IDs Apple does not return are listed in not_found rather than failing the whole call; the response is 200 even when every id is unknown.
Response includes places[] (each in the /apple-maps/place detail shape: summary fields plus amenities[], photos[], reviews[], claim_url, guide_ids[]) and not_found[].
