Al Jazeera section navigation API
Lists Al Jazeera's current section navigation, each entry with a `name`, `slug` and `url`. A slug has one segment (`news`, `middle-east`) or two (`tag/human-rights`), and any returned `slug` can be passed as the `topic` parameter of `aljazeera-topic`.

How this endpoint behaves
Returns Al Jazeera's current public section navigation. Use a returned slug as the topic parameter for aljazeera-topic; the value space is discovered live from Al Jazeera's own primary navigation rather than hardcoded. Slugs may be a single segment (news, middle-east) or two segments (tag/human-rights).
