Returns one Wattpad chapter's metadata: id, title, link, word count, reads, votes, comments, length, dates and the story it belongs to (id and title). part_id is the numeric chapter id from wattpad-story-parts. A chapter that does not exist returns not found. Chapter text is never returned.

Get a Wattpad chapter

Response behavior

- `reads`, `votes` and `comments` are the chapter's own counters; `word_count` and `length` describe its size. - `story_id` and `story_title` name the story the chapter belongs to; pass `story_id` to `wattpad-story`. - A chapter that does not exist returns `404`; a malformed `part_id` returns `400`. - Only chapter metadata is read. Chapter text is never returned.
