Returns Men or Women rankings for Batting, Bowling, All rounder, or Teams. The format list is discovered from the selected category page; Men currently expose Test, ODI, and T20, while Women expose ODI and T20. Ranking rows are parsed from the page's embedded data, and empty ranking tables are reported explicitly.
