Returns recent Boston Globe story metadata and RSS summaries from its public Arc feed. The feed also carries content:encoded article prose, which this endpoint intentionally omits. Article bodies, sections, headlines-by-section, and author profiles are not exposed because the public contracts are not fully verified and some stories require a subscription.
